Common inquiries about Australia entry authorisations
Almost every visitor needs an authorisation before travelling to Australia; New Zealand citizens are the main exception. Depending on your passport it will be an ETA, an eVisitor or a visitor visa.
Our expert team is available 24/7 to assist you with any questions about your ETA or eVisitor application.
The ETA and the eVisitor are managed by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Travellers should verify the latest rules, eligibility, fees, timing, and application process through the official Australian source.
Travellers can apply directly on the official government website, where the ETA / eVisitor form is available without using our paid assistance service.
